Field Technicians

Manage all aspects of small to intermediate projects throughout the development lifecycle, including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and
change.

Work closely with stakeholders and to define project parameters, then translate customer needs into formal requirements, using knowledge of the industry and delivery methodology.

Construction Manager

The Construction Manager is responsible for identifying all technical aspects of the telecommunications
equipment to be scoped for a deployment at assigned job/sites and is the decision maker on all issues
falling under the position's scope. The Construction Manager is responsible for ensuring the
appropriateness of the site for deployment, reviewing construction drawings, installation documents and
customer requirements and identifying all work types and work packages. The Construction Manager is
responsible for creating and documenting the Scope of Work (SOW) and the Bill of Material (BOM) that
will be provided to stakeholders to be used as the basis for site the build plan and materials procurement.
This will be accomplished via site walks, desktop documentation review and review of aerial imagery. The
SOW will be created by the Scoping CM using the appropriate tools for approval and communication to
other stakeholders.

Project Manager

Manage all aspects of small to intermediate projects throughout the development lifecycle, including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change.

Software Engineer

To develop and deliver codes for the work assigned in accordance with time| quality and cost standards.
Documentation work. To maintain the existing project and resolving the issues occurring in the existing
project. To work upon the new requests raised by the client and develop those features. To develop the
codes for the project as per work assignation.

Associate RF Engineer

The Associate RF Engineer provides RF design/optimization support for wireless networks (i.e. LTE, UMTS, GSM, CDMA & WLAN) under supervision of senior engineers.

Senior RF Engineer

Senior RF engineer will support VoLTE & LTE optimization projects including RAN-CORE Network parameter & timer optimization, RF shaping, CTR/UETR/PCMD Trace Analysis, drive test Post-processing and SIP/RTP analysis by using Actix, Windcatcher, XCAP…
